Well, this is day 202 and I'm 28 weeks pregnant. I am 72.1% of the way there! We went to the OB last week and I took the blood glucose test. I think that I must have passed because I never heard anything from the lab. The baby is growing more and more and kicking all of the time. It has also started having hiccups, usually a couple of times a day. It has been low still and hurting my stomach a bit, but it's all good. I can't wait for the little baby to get here. It even got a couple of Christmas gifts...blankets and such. I'm growing out of my mid-pregnancy clothes and my t-shirts don't fit any more either! I can no longer see my feet if I stand up straight, shaving is iffy, and I don't really get to paint my toenails either! The nightly leg cramps have started too...but nothing that I didn't experience last pregnancy.
I finally decided on how to decorate the baby's room in the new house. I wanted to keep the walls neutral so we could use the farm stuff if it's a boy or the flower sheets that I picked out online if it's a girl. I wasn't really happy with the tan that matched both, and no other colors could work with them. I started looking for a totally different and gender neutral dust ruffle and sheet that I would like more. Here's what I came up with...
I bought two window valances that look just like this dust ruffle. I plan on tying them to the bottom of the crib since you can't buy the ruffle separately. Then I'll just get plain sheets for the crib. I'm having mom and dad paint the room a darker tan and then an accent wall of the dark wine red. We'll also have the red chair that has been in Joey's room. There's also a cute rug and some cute wall hangings that go to this set. I don't want the whole crib set though, since the bumper and the comforter isn't able to be used anyway. We have all of the babies stuff packed up and ready to go to the new house next week. Hopefully the move isn't too stressful and we get things unpacked and organized before the end of February.

The baby has been moving a lot and we can feel/see it from the outside!! It has also been really low and making me a bit uncomfortable, especially when I walk around. It's too early to be hurting mom...baby had better be good the rest of the pregnancy! Here is a belly shot...
This was me at 18 weeks with Joey...
And at 24 weeks with Joey...

Doctor Chung said that by your measurements you are 7 weeks 4 days old, not 10 weeks like we had thought. The heartbeat looks good and I'm healthy, so we're right on track. I guess we'll just have to wait 2 weeks longer for your arrival. I forgot to ask what the due date would be. Joey was entertaining the crowd and I was pretty distracted during the appointment. I counted the days and I think that you should be here some time around the middle of March! I can't wait to tell everyone the good news, but we just have to keep it a secret for a couple more months! I've still been pretty nausious during this pregnancay so Dr. Chung recommended a new prenatal vitamin that contains more vitamin B to help with that. She also suggested eating Ginger Snaps since ginger helps with the nausia as well. We'll see what happens!
